A founder on the phone with a buyer at dawn
Before you build anything

Should you build
for this job?

Type a job title. See what people in that job already pay to fix, and whether money is moving toward it. Free, and every number is real.

How this works

Three steps. The hard part is the ten conversations, and that is the point.

01

Pick a job worth building for

Type a job title and get a score out of 100. It tells you whether money is already moving toward that job's problems, and shows you the proof it read.

02

Talk to ten people who hold it

Log every talk with proof: one thing they actually said. Ten talks, and one person saying yes to paying you. That is the bar.

03

Get the build plan

Once the count says you did the work, you get the plan: what to build first, what to charge, what to leave out, and where your first ten buyers are.

The Demand Score Index

SaaS ideas, scored on real demand

Every idea below serves a job people already get paid to do. We count three things: whether those people already buy software, how many tools already serve them, and whether you could reach the buyer on your own. Then we score it out of 100.

THIN means the score cleared 70 but too few job postings sit behind it to call it BUILD. A score is not a promise that you will make money. It measures whether money is already moving toward the problem, which is the only part anyone can check before you build.

The Wall of Wins

Real founders. Real proof. This is the work.

No wins posted yet. Finish this week's challenge and be the first name on the wall.
